Canada's funniest troupe (and the most star-studded at that) Just For Laughs has combed through the myriad of 2011 Montreal Just For Laughs Festival performances and picked the best of the best for three new hilarious CBC Television specials – they will feature international comedy stars like John Oliver, Russell Peters, and Eric Stonestreet.

The first of the three programs is John Oliver's comedic take on the future (or lack thereof) of the USA with "The Decline of the American Empire." It airs on Tuesday, March 20 at 8pm, and it is headed by the one and only John Oliver, the British comic you love from "The Daily Show with Jon Stewart." He hosts a smart, opinionated and equally funny political special featuring wildly popular comedians Colin Quinn, WTF podcast host Marc Maron, and Greg Proops (of "Whose Line Is It Anyway?" fame).

Up next is a special where Eric Stonestreet ("Modern Family") will reflect on relationships alongside a hysterical line-up of comedians in "Modern Love," which you can catch Tuesday, March 27 at 8pm. It will also feature stars like Canadian single gal Debra DiGiovanni, Australian musical genius Tim Minchin, and late-night talk show favourite Bob Marley

Finally, it's time for a little Russell Peters (what would a CBC comedy special line-up be without some Peters?!) with "Russell Peters Best Night Ever" on Tuesday, April 10 at 9pm. Russell himself will host an unforgettable show featuring a personally selected line-up of his favourite and funniest comedian friends like Jeremy Hotz, Jimmy Carr, Sebastian Maniscalco, and Nick Thune.
