Natalie Gulbis is an LPGA golfer probably best known for posing in the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. Fans may recognize her from her reality show on the Golf Channel. She was also a contestant on the second season of "Celebrity Apprentice" in 2010 and she appeared in a 2010 episode of “CSI” called Long Ball.
Natalie Gulbis is of Latvian descent and she was born in Sacramento, California. She began playing golf when she was four years old. She credits her father as the person who influenced her career the most. By the time she was seven, she’d won her first tournament, and putting her peers to shame, by the age of ten, she was breaking par.

Natalie Gulbis played in the LPGA Tour in 1997 as an amateur when she was 14 and had a handicap of 2. She attended Granite Bay High School where she was the top player on the boy’s golf team and graduated at 16. She then attended the University of Arizona on a golf scholarship. She left college in 2001 when she was 18 to turn pro.
Her favorite course is Pebble Beach. “It is tough and the layout is amazing. The view from the holes overlooking Carmel are breathtaking.”
Her first professional win was at the 2007 Evian Masters in France. In 2013, she contracted malaria and missed a tournament while she recovered.
As for her SI appearance, Natalie Gulbis said, “Just to be invited is a huge honor. It’s something I’ve wanted to be a part of for quite a few years, and I was excited when they asked me to be a part of it.” As for posing naked, she said she didn’t have any reservations. “Not with Sports Illustrated. When you see the pictures, it looks like I have a bathing suit on. It’s pretty incredible.” It took 13 hours to paint the suit on her.
Apparently, her own swimsuit calendars are some of the best-selling around (ign.com). Her hobbies include working out and running. In 2005 she created the Natalie Gulbis Foundation. She also has a Boys & Girls Club named after her in Nevada.
Natalie Gulbis is married to former Yale quarterback and former co-owner of the Power Balance bracelet, Josh Rodarmel. They reside in Las Vegas, Nevada.
