Fitness Model Loses 80 Pounds And We Can’t Get Enough Of Her New Look

We’ve talked about people going the extra mile to lose some weight before — take for example the overweight woman who shed pounds and ended up rejecting dates from a dude who once turned her down. And then there was the overweight dude who was dumped by his girlfriend only to lose weight and get a hotter girlfriend. But now it’s time to talk about 21-year-old Meghan Gilbert.

By her senior year of high school, Gilbert found herself eating a ton and partying hard, all leading to a weight of 190 pounds. But Gilbert realized that enough was enough.

“I revamped my eating habits, adding protein-packed meals, like chicken or eggs with a side of good carbs and veggies, to my diet,” Gilbert told Health.  “The real change came, though, when I began dating a personal trainer. With his help, I started hitting the gym twice a day, five times a week, doing cardio in the morning and strength training at night.”

And now look at the before and after.

Quite the turnaround.

Gilbert realized that her diet was working as she lost 65 pounds in just four months. And today? Well today Gilbert comes in at 128 pounds, is way healthier and is looking like a ten. Gilbert, who created her own 30-day weight loss program for folks, now shares workout videos and hot photos on her Instagram, which currently has close to 70k followers.
