Wisconsin Man Close To Eating 30,000th Big Mac In His Lifetime

How is Don Gorske still alive?

As much as Donald Trump enjoys stuffing his face with McDonald’s, there is one man who enjoys it more than anyone else on the planet. And that man’s name is Dan Gorske.

The 64-year-old has become quite the popular name in the world of fast food eating as he’s been eating two Big Macs a day since May 17, 1972. That’s right, 46 years, and somehow he hasn’t gotten a massive heart attack.

At the moment Gorske is at 29,877 Big Macs, and while he’s on his way to 30,000, Gorske says he has no plans on stopping even though his arteries are probably begging him to.

“I love Big Macs so much I’ll keep eating them until I die. If I live as long as my dad I’ll pass 40,000,” Gorske told The Sun. “There’s a joke I tell people: that if my wife has to put them in a blender then it’s over.”

According to Gorske, his cholesterol is at 160; and he claims he goes on a lot of walks. I’m going to assume he means he walks to and from McDonald’s everyday.

While this is quite the feat, I would advise people to never eat one Big Mac, let alone two a day for four decades. But I will gladly root for Gorske, who is the current record holder, to continue stuffing the hole in his face with Big Mac after Big Mac.

Now let’s all take a moment to take a look at a clip from the doc Super Size Me featuring Gorske, the clip that launched him into the public eye.
