Oh my Puff Diddy Combs Daddy Deedly Do: In a recent Rock The Bells interview with MTV, legendary rapper Mos Def dropped some interesting news – he is retiring the "Mos Def" moniker at the end of this year.

As of 2012, the man will insist on being called Yasiin, which the MC insists is his first name, despite general knowledge that his government name was Dante Terrell Smith. However, the Brooklyn spitter has reportedly recently been calling himself Yasiin Dante Smith Bey.

The artist formerly known as Mos Def explained that he'll no longer be using the stage name because even though he's "done quite a bit" with that name, he feels "it's time to expand and move on."
