This one is fire. Longtime collaborators Common and No I.D.  aligned forces again this Summer to release an EP The Pursuit under the moniker Cocaine 80s. The project also featured numerous contributions from performers and songwriters, including Steve Wyreman, Rob Kinelski, Kevin Randolph and James Fauntleroy. What most thought would be a one-off project has shown itself to have some legs, as another free EP arrived yesterday – and you're going to want to check this one out.

Ghost Lady, the free EP (which you can download for free at for the cost of a tweet) is highlighted by the standout track "Six Ft. Over," featuring Common on the best flow we've heard from him in quite a while. Check out the track below:

The mysterious project is packed with quality, and if you need any more convincing that there's some magic to be found here, check out the No I.D. & Common banger "Summer Madness," from the first EP (which is also free), below.

In related news, No I.D. is producing Common's new album The Dreamer, The Believer, which has been pushed from a Nov. 22 release to December.
