Brit Awards 2012 host James Corden has let slip in an interview on BBC Radio 2 that ex-Oasis guitarist and current High Flying Bird Noel Gallagher may be performing a duet during the show with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin.
"I think – and I don't know if this is true and I'm almost certain that I'm not supposed to tell you – that Chris Martin is going to accompany [Noel Gallagher] on the piano", said Corden.
The pair have previously performed an impromptu duet of Gallaghers' former band Oasis' top track "Live Forever", with Gallagher playing guitar and Chris Martin providing his trademark vocals, turning an anthem that defined a generation into a song that your Mum could listen to whilst doing the ironing. The video of said performance can be viewed below;
Other acts to perform live at the show include Rihanna, Ed Sheeran, Jessie J and Adele, who will be making a comeback performance following issues with her throat that have seen her out of action for months.
The Brits will take place on February 21st.
