Moment of the Week: Frankenstein vs. Hitler!

Oh, Hitler.  How we love coming up with new and interesting ways to murder you.

Hey, kids!  It's time to get a new feature up and running here in Crave Comicland, and we're calling it "Moment of the Week."  We were going to do "Panel of the Week," but as illustrated here, some of the best comic moments take a few panels to get across.

What better way to start off our feature than with an event that is so damn comic-book it makes the brain squee with schadenfreude?  We all hate Hitler.  Hitler was a complete jerk, even if he has opinions on the DC Reboot.  Entertainment media loves cooking up all sorts of new ways to murder the ever-loving crap out of Hitler, and this week, DC had a response to his angry reaction to their reboot – and that was sending Frankenstein to straight-up chop through his ugly ass.  We could give you context, but do you need it?  No.  All you need to know is that we love killing Hitler so much that it can be hustled out the door on page nine of the very first issue of the series.

Check out this page from Frankenstein and the Creatures of the Unknown #1, one of the Flashpoint spinoffs that's much more fun than the actual Flashpoint, from Jeff Lemire and Ibraim Roberson.
