Don’t get too cozy outside your bulky Ultramarine armor just yet. Relic Entertainment is preparing to deploy new DLC for Warhammer 40K: Space Marine on October 25th, introducing a brand-new four-player cooperative mode for the Xbox 360, PS3 and PC versions of the title.

The “Exterminatus” downloadable content will add two Exterminatus scenarios to Space Marine. The first is an assault on Hab Center Andreas, while the second is an escape from Kalkys Facility. This new four-player co-op mode is essentially Space Marine’s version of Horde Mode, pitting players against massive waves of Orks and the forces of Chaos. You also get to choose between playing as the Tactical Marine, Devastator or Assault class.

Furthermore, you can expect more Space Marine DLC in the future, reports Eurogamer. Relic Entertainment producer Andy Lang has said that more content is on the way, some of which will be free, while some will be paid content.
