Let’s take a trip around the world starting in a land known as Swedeland, blast off at the speed of suck to yet another Star Wars parody song and get vortex finger blasted by Kanthor! Enjoy your daily dose of what’s blasting the trending charts.
Dailymotion – Easy to Assemble #3.1: "We're in Swedenland" (link)
Easy to Assemble, is an award winning web series from My Damn Channel written and produced by Illeana Douglas and directed by Michael Kang.. and they use the term SwedenLand which is comedy gold, which is worth about a buck fifty.
It starts off a bit slow, and the funniest thing about it may actually be the IKEA night gown, perhaps it’s funnier in Swedish.
Break – Moves Like Jabba (link)
Speaking of comedy gold, this week the big winner on Break is yet another Star Wars musical parody video. However this video falls flat and won’t be added to the Top Ten Star Wars Spoof Videos list anytime soon. No matter how hot that chick is in the slave leia gold bikni.
Atom Films – Kanthor (link)
Justin and Jacob are summed to an intergalactic vortex and it’s exactly like Superman II. At least I assume that much, I also assume it’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen because Tremendosaur kicks some serious ass (or I wouldn’t have interviewed them earlier this summer.. you fools!)
Now where’s that HJ wormhole?
Youtube – Knock Knock (link)
This was the big winner in youtube’s Comedy section, because on youtube you classy things based on which section you think you can game the system the most and thus rank higher to get extra views.
There’s nothing funny going on here, but in the honor of the impending Halloween season, I’ll let it ride.
Funny Or Die – Clinton Foundation: Celebrity Division (link)
FOD teams up with The Clinton Foundation and a celebrity stew of people to produce what we in the biz like to call a ‘Worst Brainstorming Ever’ sketch.
You’ve probably seen this kind of sketch done 300 times before, but never with
Ben Stiller, Matt Damon, Kevin Spacey, Sean Penn, Kristen Wiig, Jack Black, Ted Danson, Mary Steenburgen, and the sax man himself President Bill Clinton in it.
So, it’s not great, hell the only reason I laughed at all during this is because I kept think back to the Kanthor sketch and “You mouth is full of bees, your mouth is full of cotton candy”… ha! Still funny.
That’s all that’s funny on the web, enjoy your mouth bees!
