Two Jews on Film join CraveOnline's William 'Bibbs' Bibbiani and Professor Witney Seibold this week for a very special, very Jewish Christmas! That's right, it's The B-Movies Podcast #47: None of Them Farted or Pooped! Our merry foursome has a ball munching bagels and reviewing all the big Christmas releases: War Horse, The Adventures of Tintin, We Bought a Zoo and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. It turns out War Horse is maudlin pap (Witney liked it), The Adventures of Tintin has a screw loose (Bibbs liked it), We Bought a Zoo is surprisingly great (Witney didn't see it), and The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo is chauvinistic and pointless (unanimous). Not much news this week: we didn't love The Dark Knight Rises, The Hobbit or Prometheus trailers that much.
PLUS! How come we have the only Jewish Christmas special? Are you going to finish that boob? Will Spielberg ever save some filmmaking for the rest of us? When did Anthony Hopkins play the Lucky Charms leprechaun? Remember when Elizabeth Taylor rode Dennis Hopper down a race track? How dare Ron Howard manipulate Witney? What if Jimmy Olsen and Lois Lane were the same character? Why is Jeremy Irons ideal casting for Snoopy? Who are The Dakota Sisters? What are our film critic resolutions for the New Year? And could Matt Damon really @#$% Scarlett Johansson?
Oh yes… Yes he could. Tune in to find out the answers to all these other questions and more in The B-Movies Podcast #47: None of Them Farted or Pooped!
