Should the Pittsburgh Steelers play Ben Roethlisberger?

As it has been well documented, Pittsburgh Steelers franchise quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is suffering from a high ankle sprain. He played through it on Monday night but was unable to secure the win. With a playoff spot already assured and facing a really bad St. Louis team at home, the Steelers should seriously consider shutting Ben down for at least one week. It's doesn't look like they are going to catch Baltimore and a healthy QB is a must for the playoffs.

Who out of the AFC West is playing the most pivotal game?

The Oakland vs Kansas City game should prove both the most interesting and the most vital this week out of all the AFC West matchups. Both these teams have been sporadic all season with inconsistent play yet both are fighting for the division. Personally, I think Oakland will come out on top of this one but it will be close.

Who will emerge the winner out of the battle of New York?

The Jets, or more specifically, Jets Head Coach Rex Ryan, has been pumping out the bulletin board material all week and I feel that is going to come back to haunt him. In a game where neither team has the home field advantage, it may come down to who wants it the most and reading Rex's comments, that meter is pointing the Giants way. Besides, the Giants have a knack of showing up for games against good opponents and though the Jets are underachieving this season (or were they overachieving the previous two?), they can still be considered good. It won't even be close, the Giants will blow out the Jets 31-17.

What is the game of the week?

The Battle of New York is a tempting pick but I'm going to go with Philadelphia at Dallas. The Eagles come into this game finally playing like the team everyone expected them to be why the Cowboys are playing late season football like everyone is accustomed to seeing them play, which is bad. Dallas needs this win to keep atop the NFC East but it isn't going to be easy. I give the nod to thew Eagles in a high scoring affair that features at least 3 Tony Romo killer mistakes.
