Honestly, this should be expected. Activision will be bringing a version of Call of Duty to the PS Vita this fall. Sony's Senior Vice President of PlayStation brand marketing, Guy Longworth, made the confirmation during an interview with

While talking about what his kids are excited to play on the PS Vita later this year, Longworth said, "…they’re really looking forward to Call of Duty on Vita, and we think that’s going to be an absolute game-changer for the platform.”

And that was that.

What Longworth didn't announce is if this Vita version of Call of Duty is this year's new Call of Duty effort (rumored to be Black Ops 2), or a port of an older CoD title. Hell, it could even be something completely original, although we seriously doubt that.

Odds are we'll hear more about this Vita version of Call of Duty in the coming months. Probably right around the time when Activision decides to reveal this year's model, if we had to venture a guess.
