When Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Dollhouse star Eliza Dushku nailed down the voice of Selina Kyle in Batman: Year One last year, you may have expected her next job in animation would be a Catwoman solo movie. However, word just broke that she's actually moving over to the Marvel house (where her longtime cohort Joss Whedon is hanging out directing The Avengers and what-not) to voice Jennifer Walters, aka She-Hulk.
This, of course, means that the animated series Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H., which was announced at the San Diego Comic Con last year and, as of WonderCon of this year, was said to be 'still in development' has finally begun moving forward. We also know that Heroes vet Adrian Pasdar, voice of Iron Man in both the anime series and as a future guest star of the new Ultimate Spider-Man show, will be bringing that voice to this series as well.
Last July, the image they showed to promote Hulk: Agents of S.M.A.S.H. was this cover from Fall of the Hulks: Gamma. So we can likely expect all of these characters in some form or another when it hits rotation on the Marvel Universe animation block on Disney XD – although apparently none of this is officially confirmed yet.
Definitely looking forward to seeing Hulk get his own show again.
