"I'm here to be your guide in Wes World."

It's still too early to call, but so far it seems like Wes Anderson's seventh feature film, Moonrise Kingdom, could be the best movie of 2012. A hilarious, insightful and wistful look at young love and contrasting obsessions, the film stars young newcomers Jared Gilman and Kara Hayward as pubescent runaways who become the target of a furious manhunt led by his Ed Norton, Bruce Willis and an unusually violent scout troop.

CraveOnline sent its fearless Film Channel Editor, William Bibbiani, to interview the Academy Award-nominated writer director, his two charming young leads, and famed actor/director Bob Balaban, who plays the film's narrator, named "Narrator." He wore the least-appropriate shirt he could find, but talked to the stars about their collaboration with Anderson, and with Anderson about his famously pronounced costume design and the romantic obsession with running away from home, a recurring theme in his films.
