Last season on "Breaking Bad," Gus (Giancarlo Esposito) enlisted Mike (Jonathan Banks) and Jesse (Aaron Paul) for a deadly plan to take out his hated adversaries, the cartel. But in the process, Mike was shot and left behind in Mexico so he could recover.
While Mike was out of town, Walter White (Bryan Cranston) convinced Jesse that Gus had to die and he manipulated Jesse into helping make Gus' demise a reality. The early previews of the fifth season seem to indicate that Walt and Jesse will try to fill the void in the drug trade left behind in their wake. The only question is how will Mike react to the death of his long time boss?
In a preview photo released by AMC (pictured above), Mike is back in town alongside Walt and Jesse in a junkyard. But in the newly posted teaser trailer for "Breaking Bad" season 5, Mike tells Walt in no uncertain terms what he thinks about him and his plans. Meanwhile, Saul (Bob Odenkirk) learns the hard way that Walt won't let him slink away out of their arrangement.
The fifth season of "Breaking Bad" will debut on Sunday, July 15.
