So far this season on "True Blood," being turned into a vampire hasn't exactly worked out for Tara Thornton (Rutina Wesley). Starting with the fact that she was transformed without her consent, Tara's been burned by silver mist and she nearly attacked innocent people for their blood.
During last Sunday's episode, Tara angrily blamed Sookie Stackhouse (Anna Paquin) and Lafayette Reynolds (Nelsan Ellis) before outing herself as a vampire to her former coworkers. Tara finally decided to kill herself at a tanning salon just around the time that Pam (Kristin Bauer) started to realize what an enormous commitment she made by turning Tara.
In the first of three preview scenes from this week's episode of "True Blood," we see that Pam must have saved Tara from her suicide attempt as they return to Fangtasia and find Eric Northman (Alexander Skarsgard) and Bill Compton (Stephen Moyer) waiting them. Eric and Bill also seem reasonably suspicious that Pam was the one who freed Russell Edgington (Denis O'Hare) from his concrete prison.
For the second preview scene, Sookie bursts in on her brother, Jason Stackhouse (Ryan Kwanten) and she attempts to confess to her role in the death of Debbie Pelt (Brit Morgan).
And in the final preview scene, Alcide Herveaux (Joe Manganiello) meets with Debbie's parents, Gordon (Steve Rankin) and Barbara Pelt (Linda Purl); both of whom seem convinced that Alcide is the one who murdered their daughter. Alcide also seems driven to confess, but will he reveal Sookie's secret as well?
If you want more spoilers, here's HBO's description for the episode:
Eric and Bill have doubts they will survive the search for Russell. Sookie opens up to Alcide. An irate Lafayette unwittingly puts Sookie’s life in danger. At Authority headquarters, Roman (Christopher Meloni) and Salome (Valentina Cervi) continue interrogating Nora (Lucy Griffiths) about the Sanguinistas – and a possible traitor within the Council.
Pam forces Tara to toe the line; Andy (Chris Bauer) and Jason go to a burlesque party; Sam’s (Sam Trammell) shifter friends invite him for a run; Terry (Todd Lowe) flashes back to a deadly night in Iraq; Hoyt (Jim Parrack) tests the fangbanger waters; Sookie drowns her sorrows.
